Internet Marketing can be so impersonal and so full of hype. Dr. Mani lays out his simple tale and lets readers decide if Twitter is for them. It is a pleasant, quick, breezy, fact-based read -- not one of those sales letters that use breathless prose and go on endlessly.
In my own marketing life, I use the storytelling approach and try always to avoid hype. I figure my readers are smart enough to judge for themselves if my products are suited for them. As a customer, I always appreciate it when a marketer gives me credit for having a brain.
