Disconnect: 'As Good As ASD & GP But Offshore . . .'

BLOG UPDATE 1:23 P.M. EDT (U.S.A.).
The post below describes an autosurf ad that appeared online this morning at the ASD Member Advocates Forum. It was deleted by the Mods. Virtually the same ad is now appearing at the Online Success Zone Forum.
Here is our earlier post . . .
Over at the ASD Member Advocates Forum this morning, someone made a post about an exciting, offshore autosurfing opportunity. The Mods took it down quickly. Commendable indeed -- but not as commendable as it could have been.
"AS GOOD AS ASD AND GP BUT OFFSHORE!!!" blared the all-caps-with-three-exclamation-points headline.
"Good morning. Just in case you have not already heard about this;
an autosurf program as good as ASD & GP BUT OFFSHORE!!!" It's called [Name Edited] it's fool proof . . ."
OK. Let's walk back these claims: [Name Edited] "is as good as ASD and GP . . . ?"
But aren't ASD and GP closed? This would mean that [Name Edited] is as good as two autosurf businesses whose assets were seized by the government.
Talk about a disconnect.
And what about the claim [Name Edited] is "fool proof?" Along those lines, what about the suggestion that directing money at [Name Edited] is a smart move because it's "offshore?"
Aren't claims that any autosurfs are "fool proof" given the current state of affairs with ASD and Golden Panda demonstrably false? And isn't the suggestion that [Name Edited] is safe because it's "offshore" just plain reckless?
The poster might as well have taken out an ad that says, "You, too, can be accused of wire fraud."
Yes, it was commendable that the Mods took down the post -- and we'd like to think it's because they're seeing the light about autosurfs.
But that plainly isn't the case. The post was taken down because it violated a general policy against solicitations, not because it advertised yet another autosurf opportunity. No one, for example, said something along these lines:
"Why on earth are you advertising autosurfs when the government just seized nearly $100 million from ASD and Golden Panda, Golden Panda President Clarence Busby submitted to the forfeiture and ASD President Andy Bowdoin notified the court he'd take the 5th Amendment if called to the witness stand during the evidentiary hearing?"
People take the 5th Amendment because they fear what they say could land them in jail. Bowdoin invoked the 5th because he believes he is the target of a criminal investigation.
Despite all of this, people still are actively promoting autosurfs. This means they are willing to take your money despite all that has happened to ASD, subject it to possible seizure and forfeiture and perhaps even make you part of a criminal investigation in which you could find yourself having to take the 5th.
Here is the ASD Member Advocates Forum solcitation policy (emphasis added):
"We have a no advertising, no solicitation of members into programs policy.
Please respect this and Join with us.
Work smart and hard with us to bring ASD back. Once we get it back then we will place our advertising in the ASD rotation and solicit the world.
We have a No advertising, NO tolerance policy on this. Any one violating this policy will be banned.
Respectfully, we all have to abide by this policy in order to preserve the neutrality of this forum.
Please Respect your fellow ASD members.
Thank you for respecting this policy & thank you for all of your hard work.
We love you guys!!!
ASD Member Advocates"
Meanwhile, over at the Online Success Zone Forum, they're regularly promoting autosurf programs, HYIPs and gifting programs. This forum started life as the Golden Panda Ad Zone Forum in the aftermath of the government seizure of ASD and Golden Panda funds.
The level of disconnect over there is hard to describe. One one hand, members are complaining about not getting money back from Golden Panda, and on the other they're openly promoting programs that could cause members to lose money at any second.
