BizAdSplash Now Says It May Be Offline Until Jan. 11; Surf Says It Wishes Members A Happy New Year

UPDATED 12:04 P.M. ET (U.S.A.) BizAdSplash (BAS) now says it may be offline until Jan. 11. “due to the challenges of the transfer of our servers.”

A message website visitors see is confusing because it does not state plainly when the autosurf will return. Rather, it says BAS will come back online “on or before January 11th.”

The message is unsigned. BAS, which suspended member cashouts and declared a “crisis” in July because it had overpaid members, later returned. The site appears to have gone offline again Dec. 23, but initially reported that it would return today.

BAS lists its “chief consultant” as Clarence Busby, the former president of Georgia-based Golden Panda Ad Builder, the so-called “Chinese” option for AdSurfDaily members. The U.S. Secret Service seized tens of millions of dollars in a civil-forfeiture case against ASD and Golden Panda assets in August 2008.

After reconciliations, about $14 million was attributed to Golden Panda. More than $65 million was attributed to ASD.

All three of the so-called AdSurfDaily clone surfs that promoted “offshore” locations after the seizure of ASD and Golden Panda’s assets — BAS, AdViewGlobal and AdGateWorld — now have either have gone offline or are existing in unclear forms.

All three of the surfs tried to implement reconfigurations. None appears to have been able to sustain itself in a new form. BAS repeatedly has cited server problems as a reason for its absence.

  1. Is this the one that Steve Watt was pushing amongst others? And also telling everyone that he was threw with the HYIP’s in one breath while scamming people the next?

  2. That’s the one!

  3. I’d like to know if there have been any class action suits filed against Biz Ad Splash. I already put in a complaint with the Georgia Attorney General,(since their address for receiving money is there). But I have a lot more info that I can share with a lawyer, if there is one.

  4. Susan,

No need for class action. BAS isn’t actually a legal company — it’s a Ponzi scheme. Tough to identify the corporate entity you would sue. However, a better idea is to sue your upline……

  5. I joined bizad as well as my husband and daughter with the understanding that I was purchasing ads and would make a % of the profits for each day. We all purchased ads but our ads have not been seen and they are closing the company. I feel that they have not given us what we were paying for. One of my relatives purchased $50,000.00 worth of ads just about a week before they closed stating they were upgrading the computer system. I am retired and I did not get involved in this company just to give money away for we need the money to retire. Mr. Clarence Busby is nothing but a dishonest crook… should I say a honest crook. He took money that we put into Bizadsplash and set up another company… I am sure he has money hid somewhere. To many people put too much money in this business for it to be broke. My sister asked for a check of $10,000 which she earned and the money was showing in her account etc and instead of paying her the money they owed her, they made her put the money back into ads.. Her son purchased lots of ads and He also asked for $10,000. and the money was in his account and they refused to pay. He did not purchase any more ads…
I personally had money in my account and they required me to purchase more ads and I thought they were telling me the truth and I purchased ads with the cash I had in my account. I have over 500 ads that no one has seen… I feel like they owe me this money back for I purchased advertising and they are not presenting it…
I think a group should hire an attorney as well as contact the Attorney General with figures of all the money that has been sunk into this company and nothing in return. I did get one check of $500. before this happened… But I had made enough money to draw out another $500.
What is everyone going to do? Sit back and let him keep the money or legal action to try to get it back?

As of today I received a email from Clarence Busby stating that he was closing the doors to Bizadsplash as of today.
HE HAS ALL OUR MONEY… TELLING EVERYONE TO PUT THE CASH THEY HAD IN THEIR ACCOUNT BACK INTO THE BUSINESS WHICH MOST EVERYONE DID.. THAT ONLY GAVE THEM MORE MONEY TO HIDE… I NEED MY MONEY. I HAVE OVER 7,000 ads.. I need my money… My sister is holding over 100,000 ads… she needs her money too. Where had the money gone?

  6. And people wonder why others waste their time “naysaying” and are seen as being arrogant and contemptuous in their dealing/s with those responsible and/or supportive of these frauds.

    HYIP “games” my a**

  7. Arlene,

I am truly sorry for your loss. Please recognize that you and your friends/family have been scammed. From Day One, BAS was an obviously illegal Ponzi scheme. It never was, and never could have been, a legal, viable business. It is not a “Company” — never was. I was always, from Day One, a fiction designed to scam you and others out of your money by promising things that seemed too good to be true, but somehow THIS program was going to be different that all the others. Numerous postings were available in the internet, including on Patrick’s site here, denouncing and uncovering the plain fraud of BAS. Of course, I am sure that you found plenty of others who wrote favorable “reviews” of BAS, people like the Serial Criminal Ponzi Promoter Steve Watt. Problem is, every single person who wrote those lies did so in order to benefit at your loss. SCPP Steve for example, has promoted multiple Ponzi schemes in his time and pulls in innocent victims every time (all the while he’s criminally making money off of those victims). Busby himself had several well-known and well-publicized previous frauds with which he was associated.

Sadly now, your money is gone. Truth is, it was doomed money the moment you decided to join this scheme, which in hindsight fulfilled the old saw “If it seems too good to be true, it is.” A hard lesson to be sure, but there is hope. No, you will not get money back from BAS or Busby. You sent your money to a known, and fairly famous, con man (see: AdSurfDaily, GOlden Panda to name but two). However, if you are lucky, the authorities will pursue the matter and attempt to seize assets from Busby and the other Ponzi promoters in an effort to build a restitution fund. File complaints with the AG, and urge your friends & family to do the same. BAS was not a large program, so it may fall under the radar of the authorities without a substantial push by the victims. In any case, the restitution fund, should it ever exist, will likely only recover on the order of 20% of the money lost. Please do some research on past programs that are basically identical to BAS — Ponzi’s all — such as CEP, 12DailyPro, ASD (AdSurfDaily), AVG/AVGA (AdViewGlobal), Golden Panda, etc. to learn more. The CEP case is pretty far advanced and could give you some idea of what the restitution process might look like. Good luck!
