EDITORIAL: Grab Your Umbrella And Air Freshener: Data Network Affiliates’ Vomit Spigot Wide Open And Raining Down On World Of MLM

For good measure, DNA also is bragging about something called “RETIRE BY CHRISTMAS 2010 with DNA in “3” to “6” steps . . .” and various guarantees, including a purported “$100,000 DNA Minimum Income Guarantee” and a purported “$1,000,000 DNA Minimum Income Guarantee.”

Vomit. Vomit. Vomit.

Keep your umbrellas, air freshener and garden hose handy. There seems to be no limit to DNA’s vomit under God’s sunny skies. That a purported “19 Time Million Dollar Earner” who “Holds Every MLM World Recruiting Record” is emerging as the Master Teacher is something that makes even tobacco executives testifying before Congress look good.

Notice in the passage above how DNA is calling its purported Business Builders Benefits Pack the BBB? It’s easy to read that as a bid to cloud or neutralize search-engine results should the real BBB — the Better Business Bureau — use its branch in Southeast Florida to open an inquiry into DNA, which uses an address in Boca Raton in addition to its Cayman Islands address.

DNA previously said the reason its domain was registered behind a Caymans’ proxy was to prevent its executives from having to”put up with 100 stupid calls a day.”

This bizarre claim was made while DNA still was merely in the license-plate business. Its manifestation into a self-described cell-phone leader would occur weeks later — after DNA withheld the news of the departure of its original CEO for six days and then butchered the departure announcement.

And here’s hoping the IRS goes light on you after you claim a mileage deduction for helping DNA collect plate numbers for license-plate data clients when it either has no such clients or, like Narc That Car, is choosing not to release their names.

DNA members also would be wise to question whether the company has posted a bond in the amount of its purported $100,000 and $1 million guarantees or if insurance backs the purported guarantees. The guarantees appear to be vacuous, but potentially could lead to claims. It is, after all, being advertised, so the presumption is that DNA has concluded that someone could qualify for the payout under the guarantees. The issue potentially is this question: What’s backing the guarantees? A bond? Insurance? Personal resources?

Here are the purported guarantees, as advertised by DNA:

“$100,000 DNA Minimum Income Guarantee is based on a person just building a 10 x 6. It states that anyone who builds a 10 x 6 of people who put in 20 car tags (even if it is only 1 time) is guaranteed to earn $100,000 within 12 months after building or DNA will pay the difference… If you do the math it is actually a lot more but this is the minimum guarantee…

$1,000,000 DNA Minimum Income Guarantee is based on a person just building a 10 x 6. It states that anyone who builds a 10 x 6 of people who sell just 1 D.N.A. Business Builders Benefits Package is guaranteed to earn $1,000,000 within 12 months after building or DNA will pay the difference… If you do the math it is actually a lot more but this is the minimum guarantee…” ## PP Blog ##
