UPDATE: BitClub Network Launch Reportedly Delayed — Again

bitclub350smallUPDATE: There are reports on Twitter that the launch of the murky BitClub Network “program” has been delayed.

This would be the third postponement.

A purported “enormous opportunity in Bitcoin Mining,” according to veteran HYIP huckster and alleged Zeek Rewards Ponzi “winner” T. LeMont Silver,  BitClub Network advertised a Sept. 1 launch date.

Promoters of the scheme then claimed it would launch on Sept. 3 or Sept. 4, but that didn’t happen. The purported launch date then was moved up to Sept. 10, the eve of the 13th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

Now, promoters say the 9/10 launch is off. A Facebook post this afternoon claims the launch will be “slightly delayed” and that the “program” will “give 24 hour notice before launch once everything is ready to go.”

Whether Silver — or any BitClub Network promoter — knows who is running things remains unclear.

Prospects are being told they’ll earn money for 1,000 days.

The advertised Sept. 1 launch date coincided with the 75 anniversary of the beginning of World War II.

A pitch accessible through Twitter claims the”launch will be delayed for a few days more.”

  1. These delays may finally mean that people are waking up to these programs are not what they claim to be, and aren’t signing up in the numbers they need to launch.

With all the money that is tied up in TelexFree it may also mean that there isn’t any money available for people to invest at this time. My concern is that once the victims from Zeek get their first round of payments, many of them will jump right into this not having learned a thing from Zeek. Especially followers of Silver.

It is definitely going to be interesting to watch to see just how long they do delay the launch. If they delay until after the first round of payments to the Zeek victims, it would support the money wasn’t there and they hope they can con the Zeek victims into joining.

You can bet if Faith Sloan hadn’t been issued a cease and desist order, she would have been all over this one. So far no word from Ken Russo if he is going to jump on the bandwagon. He has been very quiet lately after the situation with Faith. He might be thinking he needs to keep a low profile for a while.

  2. russo has been tauting some other crap. It was posted here in another thread.

It would be nice if this is the case, Lynn.

Looks as though the early grooming consisted of pitches to members of previous scams and instructions on how to register for bitcoin ewallets and fund via bank wire from the United States and Europe.

At the moment, it doesn’t appear as though whoever is running things at BitClub Network is concerned that T. LeMont Silver is figuratively radioactive and could cause unseized proceeds from his other scams to flow to the new “program.”

And, of course, if T. LeMont receives illicit proceeds from BitClub Network, those could flow to attorneys and others, meaning that everybody in his commerce stream could be paid with polluted money.

On Twitter, there are a couple of posts in Russian (from a purported Ukranian now purportedly living in Greece) that seem to be promoting both BitClub Network and something called VisionPay.

On a side note, some of the BitClub Network pitches in English appear to be using a TelexFree-like approach in that they feature hand drawings and a slick narrator.

This possibly happened in the context of ASD remissions money flowing to Zeek:

    Hope you are well, Lynn.
