Hi, I recently got a phone call, thinking that I’d get help w/
my credit card dept, I said yes, after thimking it was agood idea
and so they[1stcreditsolutions] put $ 1595.00 on my card . Iwas supposed to be able to cancel within 30 days, needless to say I tried 2 wks, got talked out & towait till the 30days were up. I tried to cancel again before the 30days. now they’re out of busness, I just went thru 2 knee replacements. & not working, & helping my husband thru his exercises, [he was diagosed w/ parkinsins d.] Now I’m stuck please
We had learned that this company MPB today The grocery business is known as Southeastern Delivery LLC.is owned by Mr Gary Calhoun and has been reported to BBB Florida AND BASED on BBB file has a rating of F on a scale from A+ to F.
So we called several times to cancel and tried to get our money refunded but they told us by Laurie ( Customer service) to either sell two OTHER SUCKERS LIKE US another SCAM PKG and then, we would get our money back. We would have to do that to POOR UNFORTUNATE 6 OTHERS in the amount of $210.00 each X 6 = $1,200 to pay them before we got any money back. THIS IS ILLEGAL and A FRAUD. According to CONSUMER FRAUD REPORTING if you are paid by recruiting other suckers, then the company is an illegal pyramid.
Also we were told by their customer service Laurie that we can use our money to buy their food products but we have to pay the shipping and handling separately not use the money they took already. This is ANOTHER fraudulent business practice. They have our money of $200.00 already and if we order the foods why can’t they use the money they already have for shipping and handling? Also customer service Laurie she is been very rude and even she put down a phone while still talking to her.
We contacted BBB Florida and FTC and filed complaints..
Appreciate your comment. One quick thing: Southeastern has an “NR” rating from the BBB as of today (Oct. 21, 2010). United Pro Media, another Gary Calhoun company, has an “F.”

The reason they want you to wait until after 30 days is to try and get [past the 30 day fraud reporting period of your card. You must talk to the credit card people and tell them you want a fraud investigation done.

Perhaps the government just keeps it–I hope not.
I feel so stupid, but on the advice of a friend……
I am aware (by hearsay) that one retired lady rolled
$400,000 into ASD.
