URGENT >> BULLETIN >> MOVING: AdSurfDaily figure Kenneth Wayne Leaming was arrested Tuesday by the FBI on criminal charges of retaliating against a Federal judge or Federal law enforcement officer by false claim or slander of title, the PP Blog has learned.
Leaming, 55, of Spanaway, Wash., was arrested at his home, the office of U.S. Attorney Jenny A. Durkan said this evening. When arrested, Leaming was found with two federal fugitives from Arkansas. Both were arrested with Leaming and are detained at the Sea Tac Federal Detention Center near Seattle. Leaming is being held at the same facility.
Prosecutors identified the fugitives as Timothy Shawn Donavan and Sharon Jeannette Henningsen. Prison records say Donavan is 63; Henningsen is 67. They were accused of mail fraud in an alleged home-based business scheme involving stuffing envelopes.
Prosecutors in Seattle said Leaming is accused of filing liens against at least five federal employees involved in the ASD case, including a federal judge, a former U.S. attorney, a former assistant U.S. attorney, a current assistant U.S. Attorney and an agent of the U.S. Secret Service.
Bail details for Leaming and the Arkansas fugitives were not immediately clear.

Hmm, wasn’t Dwight and Todd relying on some of the legal ramblings from Mr. Leaming in their recent motion they filed? If so, I bet they are wondering how their motion will be received, that is if they ever figure out how to properly file it. Guess Keny didn’t tell them that part, but then with Dwight being a former attorney I guess he figured he would know how to file a motion correctly. I also bet Todd is worried about his filing his motion against ASD that was shot down, that they might be coming for him next.
But don’t worry, NESARA will solve all of this.

I think “Keny” is a recidivist. How many notary’s licenses has Keny lost. As I said before, the mind set would be interesting if they did not like to play with guns and bombs.

He was arrested in 2005.(3:2005-mj-05018) Not sure why or outcome, too cheap to pay for pacer records. He was also later charged with piloting an unregistered aircraft without a valid pilot license,( 3:2005-cr-05143 ) (1 count for each offense) appears to have been convicted there.Possible later case was a refile of earlier case?

You are correct, the two cases were linked, and were the result of “Keny” flying aircraft without a Pilot’s license. Apparently, sovereignty applies in mid-air as well. The 3:2005-mj-05018 was a multi-jurisdictional case, the other one a Criminal case, for which he was convicted.
The Charges were: 49:46306(b)(7) and 46306(b)(6) – Count 1: Piloting an Aircraft without a Valid Pilot Certificate; Count 2: Piloting an Unregistered Aircraft
He didn’t get much as a result of 2 Felony charges, he ended up with

What is a brain dead ignorant fool?
The “strawman” wanted a brain in the “Wizard of Oz” and he got a certificate (diploma) and not a brain and therefore he is brain dead and unable to think for himself.
The word “ignorant” is mostly made up by the word “ignore” and one who can’t think and ignores things is “ignorant”.
The “fool” in his heart says there is no God, and thus has “no truth, no way and no life” and therefore the fool is still asleep, living in the Land of “Nod” where Adam and Eve were sent after eating the apple and becoming like God knowing “good and Evil”.
Now read in the “Holy Bible” Genesis 3:22 (Skull and Bones number)and see “the man and woman have become like one of us knowing “good and evil” and now least they put forth their hand and eat also of the “Tree of Life” (and live forever), let us cast them out of the garden.”
They were sent to the “Land of Nod” where the “brain dead ignorant fools” also reside.
So my question to you is how much longer will you sleep in the land of Nod? Note that you would have to be a “sovereign” in order to answer that question because “brain dead ignorant fools” can not independently think for themselves.
It is time to wakeup and smell the roses which are “White and Red” roses as in “The War of the Roses”.
Denying the truth will not make it go away.

You are confusing the Hebrew word “Nod” (wandering) with the English word “nod” (head movement or sleepiness). Please remember that one word predates the other by more than 3 thousand years at the very least, and that the languages are not closely related.
Nor was Nod the land that Adam went to upon exile from Eden. Try research the patriarch Enoch a bit more closely.
