BREAKING NEWS: Pro Se Pleadings Pile Up In ASD Case

Five more motions to intervene have been filed by pro se litigants in the AdSurfDaily federal forfeiture case.

This morning’s filings came on the heels of five other pro se pleadings that appeared Tuesday on the docket of U.S. District Judge Rosemary Collyer. Like the previous motions, today’s filings appear to have used a litigation blueprint that has circulated among ASD members.

Today’s filers — and the amounts they say they are owed by the U.S. government, not ASD President Andy Bowdoin, include:

  • Todd C. Disner ($53,000)
  • Pablo G. Camus ($1,000)
  • Georgette Stille ($10,000)
  • Alfredo Perez-Cappelli ($12,200)
  • Gallagher and Sons Inc. ($7,000)

Todd Disner was one of the founders of the Quizno’s sandwich franchise. Disner also is listed as the owner of RebatesForAmerica.com.

    It’s turning into a comedy, these people have no Standing to file anything, same as the Curtis Richmond silliness. Don’t these people realize they just submitted written proof of their involvement in ASD, signed and notarized. Especially the on Disner brother who admitted to taking out $59K prior to the seizure. Holy guacamole, Batman!!!

    How in the world can a supposedly legitimate business person such as Todd Disner get mixed up with this pro se crowd defending and promoting illegal ponzi schemes?

    Getting mixed up in it is one thing – but filing a pro se motion is quite another level of stupidity.

    Perhaps all legitmate attorneys, recognizing that Disner has no standing, declined to put their name on a lawsuit knowing they could cite no authorities the Court could base allowing a motion to intervene to go forward.
