JSS TRIPLER 2 (T2) UPDATE: Serial Ponzi-Board Huckster ‘Strosdegoz’ Deletes MoneyMakerGroup Link That Showed T2 Presence In The United States, Italy
“strosdegoz,” the serial Ponzi-board pitchman who claims to have a presence on at least 35 forums or websites that promote “programs” that advertise preposterous returns, has killed a MoneyMakerGroup post he created that showed JSS Tripler 2 (T2) is accessible via wire in the United States.
The original post, which appears to have been created because some T2 members were complaining they could not access the T2 site, was replaced with a single word: “Edit.” A note below the substituted one-word post explained it had been “edited by strosdegoz.”
Prior to its killing, the post had included a link to this DNS tracking service. When that link was clicked, it showed that the JSSTripler2 domain is accessible in the United States. It also showed T2 is accessible in Italy. (More on the potential importance of T2’s reach into Italy below.)
“strosdegoz” did not explain his decision to kill his post and the link. Nor did he say whether he was properly registered to sell securities to U.S. or Italian citizens. Nor did he say whether T2 was properly registered to do so.
T2 was known to be accessible in the United States even before “strosdegoz” killed the link that showed multiple points of contact on U.S. soil from the East Coast and the West Coast and places in between. Still, the DNS map provided a compelling visual of how scammers from all parts of the world can reach into the United States (and other countries) and recruit the unknowing into the murkiest of investment enterprises.
T2, which preemptively denies it is a Ponzi scheme despite advertising returns that dwarf the return rates of Bernard Madoff, purports to pay a return of 2 percent a day, a figure that computes to an annualized return of 730 percent. The “opportunity” claimed for weeks that it had suspended member cashouts, blaming the development on an AlertPay account freeze.
AlertPay is a processor based in Canada.
But T2 now says is has regained access to the frozen funds, a development that led to a flood of “I got paid” posts on MoneyMakerGroup, which is listed in U.S. federal court filings as a place from which Ponzi schemes are promoted.
After having posted the DNS tracking link and later deleting it, “strosdegoz” — also known as “manolo” — virtually simultaneously posted an “I got paid” post for T2 at MoneyMakerGroup.
“I got paid today already,” the post read. “Fast as usual.”
Only days earlier, T2 purportedly was paying no one. Its explanation of an AlertPay freeze was a virtual concession that the enterprise was insolvent and could not pull from other resources to meet its obligations. “Opportunities” such as T2 pretend liabilities do not exist or conceal insolvency by treating liabilities as assets. Any significant interruption of cash flow can create a crisis that potentially affects thousands or even tens of thousands of participants.
Both the edited DNS post and the “I got paid” post below it had a time stamp of 7:11 p.m. (The original DNS post had a time stamp of 6:21 p.m; the edit occurred at 7:11 p.m., according to the time stamp, and the follow-up “I got paid” post also was time-stamped at 7:11 p.m.)
T2 Reaches Into Italy As Promoters Of Namesake ‘Opportunity’ JSS Tripler Are Under The Lens
T2 purportedly created its name by appropriating the name of JSS Tripler, another “program” that advertises a return of 2 percent a day. JSS Tripler promoters have come under the lens of CONSOB, the Italian securities regulator.
Like T2, JSS Tripler is accessible in the United States — with no corresponding evidence that the program itself as well as its promoters have any registrations as issuers of securities or broker-dealers.
JSS Tripler promoters have pooh-poohed the CONSOB action, preferring instead to flood the Ponzi forums with “I got paid” posts.
Compellingly, the DNS link “strosdegoz” posted at MoneyMakerGroup yesterday for T2 — JSS Tripler’s purported namesake — showed that T2 is accessible in Rome, the capital of Italy. CONSOB is headquartered in Rome.
Club Asteria, another Ponzi-forum darling, came under the CONSOB lens last year — even as “strosdegoz” was leading Club Asteria cheers. The Club Asteria “program,” which traded on the name of the World Bank, first slashed weekly payouts and then eliminated them — amid reports of a PayPal freeze.
Some Club Asteria cheerleaders claimed the “program” provided a “passive” return of up to 10 percent a week. “Ken Russo,” one of “strosdegoz'” fellow cheerleaders on the Ponzi forums, posted purported Club Asteria payment proofs totaling in the thousands of dollars.
Even as accused AdSurfDaily Ponzi schemer Andy Bowdoin was pimping a murky “program” known as “OneX” while awaiting his September 2012 criminal trial that potentially could land him in prison for 125 years if found guilty on all counts, “strosdegoz” also emerged as a OneX pitchman.
Among other things, Bowdoin is accused of selling unregistered securities to U.S. residents. He also is accused of using wires that run through the United States to sell prospects into the massive ASD scam, along with securities fraud.
As “strosdegoz” was hawking T2 and OneX by wire, he turned his attention to a “program” called “HugeYield.”
T2 purportedly is operated by “Dave,” now said to be venturing to Cambodia after previously venturing from England to Thailand during the purported AlertPay freeze. “Dave” posts on MoneyMakerGroup as Peakr8.
JSS Tripler, meanwhile, is purported to be in the stable of “JustBeenPaid,” a “program” purportedly operated by onetime ASD promoter Frederick Mann.
Like its Ponzi-forum cousin Legisi — which became the subject of an undercover operation by U.S. law enforcement that resulted in fraud charges — JSS Tripler makes members affirm they are not government spies or media lackeys.
He didn’t have to. His action said it for him. They are crapping themselves over the CONSOB issue even though they pretend not to.
Ken Russo, on Jan 26th:
If Ken Russo says it’s “managed ethically and professionally” then it really must be a scam.
Isn’t he the ‘owner’ of it?
Ken’s Ponzi is called Accelerated Riches. Apt title since it accelerates how fast you lose your money.
And like many obvious ponzi schemes, it’s had a name change. He now refers to it as “The Accelerator”.
It’s complete bollox. It’s a second rate matrix cycler.
You are correct and I am seeing cheerleaders and one of the head cheerleaders backtracking now.
Among HYIP ponzi pimps and players, that’s known as “moving on to the next big opportunity”
Quick note — just thinking out loud. In other words, speculating . . .
Some T2 members still are complaining about the domain being inaccessible.
Based on things I’ve read, it is possible to block traffic from an entire country by IP. It also is possible for a country to block all or parts of web access. China and Iran, for instance, are reported to have done this.
It now occurs to me that a cagey HYIP operator trying to save a “program” from collapse or a run on the bank might try to prevent a flood of cashout requests by figuring out a way to prevent participants from certain countries/regions from accessing the site.
The excuse could be “domain propagation issues” after a server move. The reality COULD be the traffic from those countries was deliberately blocked by a scamming admin and/or his/her scamming webmaster.
The scamming admins/webmasters might not want to block traffic from all countries. After all, that would create panic on the Ponzi boards. By letting some traffic get through, the scammers could keep the deception going through the shills who make “I got paid” posts.
Like 80/20 programs, forced repurchases and other deceptions, blocking traffic from certain countries also could “slow down” the Ponzi.
What if, say, a promoter from Country X was owed a huge sum of money and had brought in people from the same country who also were owed huge sums? The HYIP scammers could assuage a bank run and reduce outflow by just taking the country entirely out of play.
T2 clearly is running a Ponzi scheme — no matter what “Dave” says. And, based on what “Dave” says, the new revenue streams are only theoretical — i.e., THIS will happen on a future date uncertain, causing THAT to happen.
The “THAT” is a theoretical infusion of a large sum of cash.
Of course, if “THAT” does happen, it leads to questions about why any admin would want to use the money to sustain a Ponzi scheme.
FINRA was right: It is a bizarre substratum — and its getting more bizarre by the day.
T2’s “Dave” — posting on the MoneyMakerGroup Ponzi forum as “Pearkr8” — now is saying this:
“I have just purchased 78 websites, and am in the middle of moving and setting them up on a server for everyone to see. each website has several separate income streams and will be the first bunch of sites that the members will work on to make them a worthy asset. I am using a new server to host these as I am not confident of hosting them on the T2 server because of the current DNS issues with it.”
Those sites represent the “THAT” — the theoretical revenue streams on a future date uncertain. Assuming the sites exist, they almost certainly were bought with Ponzi proceeds. That only makes the Ponzi deeper.
And “Dave” says this:
“Let me tell you what a ponzi scheme is… it is a scheme that has been SET UP purely to pay members with new member money SOLELY with NO other income….. You CAN NOT have ANY program exist that can produce a huge amount of cash so that we don’t pay SOME money out from deposits.”
That’s similar to what ASD attorney Robert Garner said when he preemptively denied ASD was a Ponzi scheme before the Feds raided Andy Bowdoin’s fraud shop.
“Dave” may be digging himself quite a hole.
It turned out that Bowdoin’s purported revenue streams were almost exclusively theoretical — in other words, the “THAT” after “THIS” occurs. Less than 2 percent of ASD’s millions came from sources independent of members, according to court filings.
The independent revenue ASD allegedly posted could not possibly be enough to sustain ASD’s accruing liabilities — and T2 asserts to have the capacity to pay out TWICE what ASD claimed. T2 also has the ASD-like, corresponding problem of revenue streams that exist only in theory. It is just magical thinking, a common occurrence in the HYIP sphere.
And who could forget the bald-faced lie an ASD shill told after the raid?
According to that shill, ASD could not be a Ponzi scheme if it had as little as $1 in revenue independent of money that came from members.
“Dave” also appears to be unleashing the red herrings so often associated with HYIP schemes while using the ASD-like deflections that all businesses could be construed as Ponzi schemes and that the government is a Ponzi scheme.
Arguments have to make sense. Lots of the pro-ASD arguments flowed along these lines: ASD could not be a Ponzi scheme because Tuesday occurs only once a week. ASD could not be a Ponzi scheme because the world’s birth rate exceeded its death rate.
“If you go to a shop,” Dave asks, “is it a ponzi that your change came from someone else money? Is your insurance company a ponzi, when they make huge profits from premiums to pay one claimant with another’s money? Is your welfare system a ponzi? It forces other people to pay money into a system that then pays out other people? Your bank is a ponzi… It uses other people’s money to pay other people… The EU is a ponzi, EU countries pay in and then take out… The World Bank is a ponzi, it takes money in and pays out from the same money. You Tax money is being paid straight into a ponzi.. The whole world economic system is a ponzi if what you claim is true. that using money from a central fund to pay out obligations from a central fund is a ponzi scheme.”
Patrick
Ha ha ha ha. The fact he has to keep trying to explain it’s not just proves it is, and he knows it is. He clearly has no idea what a REAL business is so what ever he’s doing to gain money is definitely illegal. And I thought there was nothing wrong with it before?
That’s so “not right” it’s not even “wrong”
Not a techspert by any stretch, but I think it is possible to block people from forum or website access by creative use of “groups”, or possibly manipulating the server firewall settings.

Lol….
You guys entertain me so much..
Patrick, you took a long time to pen you own personal beliefs on what my intentions are and were.
same with all your lackies that have basically CONSTANTLY got it wrong since this program launched.
I have my list of now over 80 websites, all generating income and growing daily. Just like I said, and totally unlike what you lot have predicted, assumed and completely undermined your credibility with from the word go.
But heck… I do get a few chuckles out of your reporting, especially the amount of times you repeat the same paragraphs from other posts.
I am amazed that you never quoted Bernard Madoff and Andy Bowdain in your comment update… You do realise that repeating the exact same text throughout your site is detrimental to its optimization?
Anyway, I am not sour about you and your reporting. As long as you are enjoying yourself and feeling a bit self-important, I can handle that.
Enjoy yourself.
Dave.
Dave,
I take it that you’re familiar with the Madoff and Bowdoin Ponzi cases. I’m thinking that your members should find little comfort in that, given that T2’s daily payout is TWICE that of the indicted Bowdoin and — on an annualized basis — between FORTY EIGHT and SEVENTY THREE times higher than Madoff’s.
BTW, how are you preventing “strozdegoz” and his recruits from poisoning the T2 well with fraud proceeds from other “opportunities” — earlier ones such as Club Asteria, and current ones such as OneX and HugeYield?
Also: How are you preventing U.S. citizens from participating in T2 — you know, in the wake of the highly public prosecutions of ASD, Pathway To Prosperity and Legisi?
Have you seen these recent cases from the CFTC?
Federal Court in Illinois Orders Windsor Brokers, Ltd. of Cyprus to Pay $140,000 Civil Monetary Penalty, Cease Soliciting U.S. Customers, and Modify Website,

Federal Court in Illinois Orders Australian Firm Enfinium Pty Ltd to Pay $80,000 Penalty, Cease Soliciting U.S. Customers, and Modify Website,

U.S. federal agencies — whether in the sphere of commodities or securities — are becoming increasingly concerned about cross-border fraud.
Did you see this public warning on HYIPs from FINRA in 2010?
http://www.finra.org/Investors/ProtectYourself/InvestorAlerts/FraudsAndScams/P121728
I’m also thinking your members should be concerned about the JSS-Tripler related probe by CONSOB, the Italian securities regulator — given the fact your “program” came out of the gate using JSS Tripler’s name.
You’ve now changed the name, of course — but that’s also what ASD’s Bowdoin did.
What should your promoters in Italy and the U.S. do? And if litigation ensues, are you going to pay for their defense — or are they out there on their own?
If you feel a sense of duty to your troops who could get named a defendant in ANY jurisdiction for helping drive money to your scheme — and if that sense of duty causes you to help them pay for their defense — how can you assure them that the money you send is not tainted with fraud proceeds from other scams promoted on TalkGold and MoneyMakerGroup?
Patrick
P.S. Like T2, ASD also preemptively denied it was a Ponzi scheme.
The most remarkable thing about “Dave’s” comment is thst he is so sure of himself that he will risk coming onto this blog to justify his scheme.
We’ve seen it all before.
There was a time when Law Enforcement, sue to lack of funds and lack of knowledge about the internet, did NOT follow up the thousands of ponzis and HYIPs that litter the internet. They do not appear to have taken it in that times they are a’changin’ and Law Enforcement, along with the rest of the general internet using public are learning and wising up about how these frauds are progagated and by whom.
David Bell? As in, this David Bell?
